    Default Day 3 Subject to Reccie

    Starting from Inverness we'll head east to Culloden and Cawdor before joining the A939 just south of Nairn. We'll follow this road to Grantown-on-Spey and on to Tomintoul.

    After a brief look around the Whisky Shop we'll continue on the A939 up to the Lecht for a proper rest stop at the Cafe. Following the rest stop we'll continue on the A939 till it meets the B976, at this point we'll head across to Balmoral and Craithes to join the A93.

    Quick regroup at Balmoral before taking the A93 to Braemar, depending on timing we may not stop at Braemar and instead head up to Glenshee ski resort (highest road in the UK).

    After Glenshee we'll continue along the roller coaster, turning right for Pitlochry and on to Blair Atholl

    Highlights to include:
    * Culloden
    * Grantown-on-Spey
    * Tomintoul
    * The Lecht
    * Balmoral
    * Braemar
    * Glenshee
    * Pitlochry
    * House of Bruar

    Travelled along many of these roads today on my way to Elgin from Perth .... awesome roads, and fantastic scenery .... can't wait for May

    It was wee bit white up there on top today, but the roads were clear so I was able to get up a good head of steam .... until I came face to face with a truck on the wrong side of the road .... around a blind bend .... So I decided to bail out and park in a field rather than get truck rash .... it seems not all diesels are good in fields

    Good job it was the company car and not the MINI
